This being one of the last summers I may ever have off of work and school simultaneously has left me confused due to a lack of routine and most times: simply elated. I've caught up on a lot of my lost sleep and since he is a copycat (erm.. dog), so has this little guy.
My project for the summer is to purge all of the unnecessary clutter in my apartment. I remember my Mom telling me that her father would always remind her of a quote he loved "Everything you have in your home should possess beauty, or be useful". As I look around my apartment, there are some things that speak about who I am, what I love, and what keeps me balanced.
Other things here are beginning to just take up space.
My project before I travel for a bit is to get rid of it. Whether it's donating it, purging, trashing... I really don't mind where it goes. It just has to get out of here! I'd like to start tomorrow, but I need one day to procrastinate.
